Todd Herman was a market-dominant morning talk show host in Seattle and longtime fill-in for Rush Limbaugh, when Herman's employer, Bonneville Communications, began instituting a series of speech codes on their hosts.

Eventually, because he could not agree to the censorship, and wanted to put God at the center of his work, Todd Herman rejected a long-term contract and chose to sort himself into Podcasting.

Todd Herman and his family were sorted, partly by force and partly by choice. Herman's family was forced to leave Washington State to protect their daughter from a mental health system that does not recognize any parental rights.

They chose to relocate to North Idaho. The geographic sorting led to a spiritual, social and familial rebirth of the family.

But, it was not without challenges. God quickly blessed and ignited Todd's new Podcast. With more revenue for his family than morning radio had provided and two additional national radio programs, Todd has been blessed to freely pursue his passion.
