With more than 20 years of coaching experience-and two decades of prior executive leadership-Michael brings a rare blend of insight, strategy, and real-world practicality to his work with CEOs, senior executives, and emerging leaders across industries.

His coaching style is shaped by a lifelong passion for leadership and performance improvement. He's held C-level positions including CFO, COO, and EVP, and served internationally as a Business Advisor to a member of the Saudi Royal Family. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and degrees in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Personally driven and high-achieving, Michael is a black belt in self-defense, has ranked among the top 120 in global rowing competitions, and climbed multiple 14,000-foot peaks.
