You may know Steve Raible as the voice of the Seahawks, a longtime broadcaster and original Seattle Seahawk. But do you know the rest of his story?

How Steve got from Louisville, Kentucky to Seattle, from football star to radio analyst, to award winning news anchor, and public speaker?

It's a story of dreaming big with an open mind and a willingness to prepare for opportunities ahead.

Through the years Steve Raible has witnessed dismal teams become championship contenders and Lombardi winners. He has been a part of success on the field, in the newsroom, and in our community.

Steve will share his personal story with the lessons & insights he has learned over the decades as a professional athlete and award winning broadcaster.

Steve Raible continues to be the "Voice of the Seahawks" as the team's radio play-by-play announcer, a job he's held since 2004. Before that, he filled the role of color analyst for 22 years. Raible has called the biggest games in franchise history, including the team's Super Bowl 48 Championship over the Denver Broncos.

He was the trusted face and voice of KIRO-7 News for almost thirty years. And after retiring in 2020, the station named its news broadcast facility "The Steve Raible Studio".

During his time at the CBS affiliate, Steve Raible anchored all the station's main daily newscasts, hosted Emmy-award winning documentaries, and led the news team's election coverage and major breaking news stories. He is a multiple Emmy Award winner, including Best Anchor. And for more than two decades was the Voice of KIRO-7's coverage of Seafair- Seattle's summer festival including Hydroplane races and the Blue Angels Air Show.

He entered broadcasting in 1982 following a six year career as a wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks. A second round draft choice of the expansion franchise in 1976, Steve Raible joined the Seattle Seahawks after graduating from Georgia Tech.

The Louisville, KY. native has been recognized as an original inductee into the Trinity High School Hall of Fame, 2001 NCAA Silver Anniversary Award recipient, was inducted into the Pacific NW Football Hall of Fame in 2005, named a National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Silver Circle Award recipient in 2010, and inducted into the State of Washington Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.

Steve has been married to his bride Sharon since 1981 and together they have helped raise millions of dollars for countless charities in the Northwest.
