Amy Sprangers
Entering her 23rd season with the club, Amy Sprangers serves as the Seahawks Chief Revenue Officer. In her role, Amy leads revenue generation across sponsorship, ticketing, suites, and local media rights.
She leads passionate, high performing, revenue-driven teams that cultivate authentic, innovative, impactful partnerships and measurably grow both the Seahawks' business and that of its partners.
Prior to joining the Seahawks organization she was overseeing sales and marketing for Seafair in Seattle.
Amy grew up on nearby Bainbridge Island and got her degree at the University of Washington.
Catie Griggs
Catie Griggs is the President of Business Operations for the Seattle Mariners.
Since joining the organization in 2021, Griggs has installed a laser-focus across the organization on serving Mariners fans, a commitment supported by data-driven decision making.
Prior to joining the Mariners, Griggs spent four years helping build Atlanta United into one of the premier MLS franchises. There, she was Chief Business Officer overseeing attendance, matchday production and operations in and around Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the team's support groups and broadcasting.
She also directed the team's community relations efforts. Before joining Atlanta United, Griggs spent time with Futures Sport & Entertainment and Turner Broadcasting. A North Carolina native, Griggs received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Monique Ming Laven - Panel Moderator
Monique Ming Laven is the co-anchor of KIRO 7 Evening News
Monique joined KIRO 7 News in June of 2006 and has covered a wide range of stories during her tenure, including the trials of Amanda Knox in Italy, the Oso landslide and the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl celebrations.
Monique has earned numerous Emmy, Edward R. Murrow, Associated Press, and National Headliner awards, both as an anchor and a reporter.
Before joining the KIRO 7 team, Monique worked at WCMH in Columbus, Ohio, WKOW in Madison, Wisconsin, and 6News in Lawrence, Kansas.
During her time in the Midwest, she was in key swing states for the presidential elections in 2004 and 2008, she traveled to New York City to cover the September 11 terrorist attacks, and she biked 560 miles in six days from Minneapolis to Chicago reporting on the Heartland AIDS Ride.
Monique has made a practice of living in cities with universities, but she's made her home in Seattle, the turf of a Pac-12 rival: she is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of California, Berkeley.
Often the highlight of her week comes in the car. She's a volunteer driver for Sound Generations (formerly King County Senior Services), and those seniors share a lot of memories, a lot of laughs, and a lot of wisdom.
Monique lives in Seattle with her husband, Jamie, and their two little monsters, MeiMei and Bubs.
