Shaney Fink - Shaney Fink - Vice President for Athletics, Seattle University Shaney joined Seattle University as Director of Athletics in November 2016 and was elevated to Vice President of Athletics in September 2024. Under her leadership, the Redhawks have achieved remarkable success across academics, athletics, and community engagement.

Academically, Redhawk student-athletes are on a 14-term streak of earning a 3.3+ GPA, consistently outperforming the general student population, with first-time-in-college retention rates exceeding 90%.

Competitively, Seattle University has won 34 WAC regular season and tournament championships under Fink. Men's basketball achieved three consecutive 20-win seasons for the first time since 1957-59, and men's soccer reached a No. 9 national ranking - the program's highest ever in Division I.

Cameron Foster - Senior Director of Contracts and Cap Management, University of Washington Athletics Cameron is a UW graduate and veteran sports agent who joined the University of Washington Department of Athletics on February 12, 2025, as Senior Director of Contracts and Cap Management. In this role, Foster serves as UW's lead negotiator on revenue-sharing agreements and assists in developing strategies across revenue sharing, roster management, and NIL benchmarking as UW Athletics prepares for the new environment created by the House Settlement.

Foster brings decades of elite sports representation experience to the role. He co-founded Foster & Easley Sports in 1989 alongside NFL Hall of Famer Kenny Easley, later founding Reign Sports Management in 2016. In 2021, he joined Steinberg Sports and Entertainment as Senior Vice President, working with clients including Patrick Mahomes and Tua Tagovailoa. Over his career, Foster has represented more than 100 professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, WNBA, and MLB.

A UW rowing team alumnus who graduated in 1988, Foster became a certified NFL contract advisor as a second-year law student and earned his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1991.

Moderator Tom Glasgow is a multiple Emmy Award-winning anchor/host, working most recently on Seattle Kraken and Seattle Mariners broadcasts on ROOT SPORTS. Tom also has extensive play-by-play experience for football, basketball, and soccer with the NBA, Gonzaga, the Pac-12, the Big Sky Conference, and the NWSL.

He attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, and was honored as part of the 2026 Class of Inductees into the Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Hall of Fame.
