For business owners, the ability to adapt, lead through uncertainty, and continuously reinvent yourself isn't just valuable, it's essential to staying competitive.

What does it really take to perform at a high level, pivot when circumstances change, and come back stronger each time? The answer lies in applying proven principles of discipline, resilience, and strategic focus, the same traits that separate top performers from the rest.

At our upcoming event, you'll hear from an Olympic legend turned business leader who successfully translated elite performance strategies into real-world results as a global supply chain executive at T-Mobile and Starbucks.

Eileen Coparropa will share how the mindset required to compete on the world stage directly applies to running and scaling a business. Whether you're managing rapid growth, facing a difficult transition, or redefining your next phase as an owner, her message is clear: the same resilience and focus that drive world-class athletes can help you build a stronger, more adaptable business, and your most impactful chapter may still be ahead.

Known as "The Golden Mermaid," Eileen represented Panama as a three-time Olympian and carried her nation's flag in the opening ceremonies of each of her Games, making her one of only a handful of athletes in history to receive that honor at least three times.

She also distinguished herself at Auburn University, earning 22 All-American honors and helping secure three Women's National Championship titles. Her achievements led to her induction into both the Auburn Swimming Hall of Fame and the Panamanian Athletes' Hall of Fame.

But Eileen's most powerful story isn't about her success in the pool; it's about what she built after leaving it. When her competitive career ended, Eileen faced what many of us eventually encounter: the loss of identity, purpose, and direction. Rather than staying stuck, she channeled her Olympic discipline into a successful corporate career, leading high-performing teams in supply chain strategy and business transformation at global organizations.

Along the way, she also navigated deeply personal transitions, single parenthood, major life changes, and bold new beginnings, each time rebuilding with resilience, courage, and grace.

Now, as founder of Eileen Coparropa Excellence Coaching, she's channeling every one of those experiences to help others do the same.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain actionable insight from someone who has mastered both high-performance competition and real-world reinvention, and learn how to apply it directly to your business journey.
