Join CEOtoCEO on June 24 as Bob shares the "Tale of Two Cities - The Real Estate Outlook". Bob will compare and contrast current market dynamics between the Eastside (Bellevue area) and Seattle, as well as how the Pre-COVID momentum employer's office cultures provided the leverage to reduce the economic effects of the pandemic.
Bob will discuss the changes that businesses are looking for as they return from the remote environment, to in-office and hybrid workforces. He will provide insight into how the drive to resuming vibrant team cultures is driving the real estate market as companies are looking to leverage the opportunity to re-energize to resume growth.
Bob heads up numerous corporate and partnership entities involved in commercial real estate investment, development, management and brokerage. He remains actively involved in the management of commercial properties for his own and others' portfolios. Wallace has served as chairman of a number of important regional endeavors, such as the Puget Sound Air Transportation Commission, the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Major League Baseball PFD (TMobile Park), Meydenbauer Center and more.
